摘  要:针对双台阶筒形件在一次充液拉深成形过程中悬空区减薄、起皱及破裂等问题,设计了二次充液拉深技术。采用Dynaform软件建立了有限元分析模型,分析了液室压力、模具参数对成形质量的影响,提出了优化的工艺参数。结果表明,提出的工艺方法可实现双台阶筒形件的精确成形,采用优化后的工艺参数可获得壁厚分布均匀,最小壁厚可达0.851mm的零件。In order to reduce the thinning,wrinkle and fracture of the double stepped cylindrical cup in the vacant areas which was shaped by one-step hydro-mechanical deep drawing,two-step hydro-mechanical deep drawing was introduced.The finite element model of hydromechanical deep drawing was established by the Dynaform software.The effects of process parameters such as forming pressure and mould parameters were analyzed by the finite element method in detail,and the optimized process parameters were presented.The results indicate that the proposed technological method is feasible for the integral forming of the double stepped cylindrical cup.Moreover,parts with uniform thickness distribution and high quality can be formed successfully by using the optimized parameters,and the final minimum wall thickness can be reached up to 0.851 mm.
