摘  要:目的:探讨11周运动干预对聋哑儿童执行控制及其脑网络功能连接的影响,并揭示运动干预影响聋哑儿童执行控制的神经机制,为阐明体育运动与聋哑儿童执行控制关系提供新的科学证据。方法:分别在扬州和泰州特殊教育学校筛查选取聋哑儿童共20名,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组进行11周以中等强度、每周4次、每次30min的组合方案(花样跳绳+武术操+花样跑步)为主要内容的运动干预,对照组在相同实验周期参加常规体育活动。利用静息态功能磁共振成像(resting-state functional MRI,rs-fMRI)技术评价运动干预前、后聋哑儿童执行控制网络功能连接的改变;使用2-back任务测量运动干预前、后聋哑儿童执行控制的变化。结果:(1)11周运动干预能改善聋哑儿童执行控制行为表现;(2)11周运动干预使得聋哑儿童执行控制网络功能连接发生变化,右侧额下回与右侧小脑、右侧额下回与左侧背外侧前额叶、右侧额下回与左侧颞下回的功能连接显著减弱,左侧丘脑与左侧小脑的功能连接显著增强;(3)11周运动干预所致右侧额下回与右侧小脑功能连接减弱与执行控制行为表现改善存在显著正相关。结论:体育运动可改善聋哑儿童执行控制,其神经机制涉及右侧额下回与右侧小脑的功能连接减弱。Objective: To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on executive control and its brain network in deaf children, and further explored the neural basis of aerobic exercise on executive function in deaf children. Methods: Twenty right handed deaf children, recruited from two special education schools, were randomly assigned into control or exercise group. The exercise group was offered an after--school exercise program at moderate intensity for 30 min, four times per week for 11 weeks. All subjects were subjected to complete a 2--back task and brain scans both at baseline and after 11 weeks for detecting changes of executive control behavior performance and its network functional connectivity during rest (resting--FC). Results: Compared with the no--intervention, the exercise intervention benefitted performance in the N--back task, decreased resting--FC including right inferior frontal gyrus and right cerebellum, right inferior frontal gyrus and left dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex, right inferior frontal gyrus and left inferior temporal gyrus, and increased resting--FC between the left thalamus and left cerebellum. Further analyses indicated that the decreased resting--FC between right inferior frontal gyrus and right cerebellum had a significant correlation with behavior performance improvement. Conclusion: These data extend the current knowledge by indicating that aerobic exercise enhances deaf children's executive control, which the neural basis may be related to the decreased resting--FC between right inferior frontal gyrus and right cerebellum elicited by aerobic exercise.
