摘  要:提出了一种灰色GM(1,N)模型的削匀机磨刀系统砂轮寿命预测方法。采用与削匀机磨刀系统砂轮磨损状况密切相关,数据可获得性好,可操作性强的皮张厚度差、砂轮振幅、刀辊温度、刀辊电机输出功率4个参数为变量,借助灰色GM(1,N)模型实现对削匀机磨刀系统砂轮磨损状态进行在线预测。为了提高模型的预测精度,对传统的灰色GM(1,N)模型进行了改进:对原始数据进行对数变换,对背景值进行修正。实践证明模型有较高的预测精度,能够应用于实际生产。A prediction method of grinding wheel wear life of shaving machine based on gray GM ( 1, N) model was put forward. The grinding wheel wear life was predicted with grey GM ( 1, N) model by four parameters including skin thickness difference, grinding wheel amplitude, knife roller temperature and the motor output power :of grinding wheel knife roller, all of which were closely related to grinding wheel wear condition of sharpening system of shaving machine and had good data availability and high operability. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, the model was improved based on the traditional grey GM ( 1, N). The log transformation of raw data and correction background values were made. The result indicates that the improved model has high prediction accuracy and can be applied to practical production.
