摘 要:以胶原、海藻酸钠和氧化微纤化纤维素为原料制备了氧化微纤化纤维素/海藻酸钠/胶原(OMFC/SA/Col)复合水凝胶。用红外光谱、扫描电镜分析了复合水凝胶的结构和形貌,通过接触角和压缩试验研究了其亲水性和力学性能。结果表明:OMFC和胶原间发生了席夫碱反应;复合水凝胶在20%应变时的压缩应力可达0.45MPa,可满足软骨浅表层的要求;其应变可达90%以上,韧性好;其亲水性好,OMFC含量对其亲水性影响不大。Oxidized microcrystalline cellulose/sodium alginate/ collagen (OMFC/SA/Col) composite hydrogels were pre- pared by using Col of pig skins, SA and OMFC as main raw materials. The structure and morphology of the composite hydrogels were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The hydrophilicity and mechanical properties of the composite were studied by contact angle test and compression test. The results of FT - IR and SEM indicate that Schiff base reaction has happened between OMFC and Col. The maximum compression stress could reach 0. 45 MPa at the deform- ation of 20%, meeting the needs of superficial cartilage. The deformation can reach 90%. Both toughness and hydrophilicity of the composite hydrogels are good. There is no significant difference on hydrophilic properties of the composite hydrogel between different contents of OMFC.
