运动鞋用领口海绵压陷性能的研究

摘  要:采用海绵压陷硬度与疲劳试验仪测试不同厚度、型号海绵的压陷硬度和支撑性能,探究不同型号领口海绵性能差异。测试10、20、50mm 3种不同厚度和型号的海绵,发现样品厚度对不同型号海绵支撑因子大小的变化趋势无影响。为匹配实际应用,领口海绵压陷性能的测试,采用10mm厚度的海绵样品。通过测试5款不同型号海绵的密度、压陷硬度和抗疲劳性能,发现密度相近的海绵,压陷硬度存在较大差异;而支撑因子越高,海绵的整体抗疲劳压缩性能越好。Through testing the different thickness and type's sponge, it explored the relationship between hand Ieeimg anu .l- dentation hardness and support performance. For testing 10ram, 20mm and 50mm in three different thickness and types of sponge, it found that the sample's thickness has no effect with changing trend of support factor. To be more close to the actual used materi- als, the thickness of test sample could be 10ram. For testing the density, indentation hardness and fatigue performance of five types, sponge, it found the density of sponge is similar, but the indentation hardness has significant different. The higher support factor of the sponge, the better fatigue resistance property.
