摘　　要：指出在当前期刊数字出版的大趋势下,高校哲学社会科学学术期刊的办刊资源分散、重复建设严重、数字化发展缓慢,因此构建分学科高校哲学社会科学学术期刊数字化平台势在必行。探讨分学科高校哲学社会科学学术期刊数字化平台的功能定位、构建思路、构成模块和盈利模式,并对其保障机制进行分析,试图为高校哲学社会科学学术期刊的数字化发展提供参考与借鉴,以推动其数字化、专业化、产业化发展。Published in the current issue of the digital trend, university philosophy social science academic journals publishing resources scattered, repeated construction is serious, the development of digital slow disadvantage behave more prominent, construction is imperative to the discipline of the philosophy and social science academic journals digital platform. Specifically discusses the function positioning of sub disciplines of the university academic periodicals of philosophy and social sciences in the digital platform, process, elements and profit model are built, and the safeguard mechanism analysis, trying to provide reference and use for reference for the digital development of philosophy and social sciences in university academic journals, promote the university philosophy social science academic journals digitalization, specialization and industrialization development.
