改良克氏针固定治疗儿童移位性锁骨干骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：①目的探讨儿童移位性锁骨干骨折的改良手术方式及疗效。②方法2010年2月-2015年9月，采用微创改良克氏针内固定方法治疗完全移位性锁骨干骨折患儿20例。③结果20例患儿手术时间25～50分钟，平均35分钟。出血量5～15mL，平均7mL。术后平均随访时间4～24个月，平均12个月。所有患儿均于术后3个月完全骨性愈合，术后采用Karlsson评分，20例均为优，无严重并发症发生。④结论改良克氏针内固定治疗儿童移位性锁骨干骨折，方法简便，微创操作，手术风险小，固定可靠，有利于早期锻炼。Objective To explore the operation method and curative effect of displaced clavicle fracture in children.Methods Review 20 cases of children with complete displaced clavicle fractures through limited incision and Kirschner wire internal fixation from February 2010 to September 2015. Results The 20 patients were operated for 25 to 50 minutes,with the mean time of 35 minutes.The amount of bleeding was about 5-15mL,with an average of 7mL.All patients were followed up for an average of 12（4-24）months.Everyone fully healed without any compli-cations after about 3 months, and the postoperative Karlsson score were excellent in all.Conclusion The method of modified internal fixation with Kirschner wire in the treatment of ehildrens,displaced clavicle fracture, its advantages such as easy to handle and remove the internal fixation without hospitalization, low risk and early exercise.
