某国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：1目的了解国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记的心理健康状况、知觉压力和应对方式。2方法对221名国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和知觉压力量表、简易应对方式问卷进行测试,将测试结果进行统计分析。3结果国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记人际关系障碍、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、敌对因子的得分明显低于常模水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05/P<0.01);知觉压力状况得分为(17.62±7.22)分;积极应对维度得分明显高于常模水平,消极应对维度得分明显低于常模水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。基层党支部书记知觉压力、消极应对方式和SCL-90总分及其各因子呈显著正相关;积极应对方式与总体心理健康水平、敌对性、恐怖因子、躯体化、强迫障碍、人际关系障碍、抑郁、焦虑、饮食和睡眠障碍呈显著负相关(P<0.01/P<0.05)。4结论国有煤矿企业基层党支部书记的心理健康水平良好,情绪稳定,善于人际交往,对知觉压力不敏感,多采用积极应对方式面对困难和挫折。Objective To understand the mental health status, perceived stress and coping styles of the coal mine enterprise basic-level party branch secretary.Methods A total of 221 state-owned coal mining enterprise basic-level party branch secretary were tested by symptom self-assessment scale （SCL-90） ,perceived stress scale and simple coping style scale.Then the test results were analyzed.Re- suits In the SCL-90 results of coal mine enterprise basic-level party branch secretary,the interpersonal dysfunction, depression, anxiety, terror, hostile factor had a lower score than that of the general population, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.01）.The perceived stress condition scores of basic-level party branch secretary were（17.62 ± 7.22）.The scores in positive coping of basic-level party branch secretary were significantly higher than the norm level;Negative coping scores were significantly lower than the norm, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.001）.The scores of perceived stress and negative coping styles had significant positive correlation with SCL-90 total score and each factor; positive coping styles had significant negative correlation with overall level of mental health, hostility, horror factor, somatization, forced disorder, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety,diet and sleep disturbance（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）.Conelusion The basic-level party branch secretary of coal mining enterprises have a good psychological health level, emotional stability, good at interpersonal communication,is not sensitive to perceived stress, use more positive coping styles in the face of difficulties and setbacks.
