摘　　要：钠葡萄糖协同转运蛋白(SGLT)是首次在肾脏近曲小管发现的葡糖糖转运基因家族。最近SGLT在肠道、心脏、大脑中的功能与作用、调节机制受到重视。本文围绕SGLT-1和SGLT-2在人类及动物肾脏、肠道、大脑、心脏的分布、表达、功能、调节机制等方面进行综述。Sodium glucose co-transporters（SGLT） was first found in the renal proximal tubules,belong to glucose transporter gene family.The function and role of SGLT in the gut,heart,brain has been valued.This article will focus on the distribution,expression,function and regulation mechanism of SGLT-1 and SGLT-2 in human and animals＇ kidney,intestine,brain,heart.
