摘 要:通过静电纺丝技术制备了不同单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)含量的聚间苯二甲酰间本二胺(PMIA)复合纳米纤维,并对其形态及电学性能进行了分析测试.研究发现,SWNTs/PMIA复合纳米纤维成纤良好,纤维连续且分布均匀,平均直径约在90~220nm范围内;SWNTs的添加,使得复合纳米纤维的表面变得粗糙,且随着SWNTs含量的增加,会出现团聚现象;在SWNTs含量较少时,SWNTs在纤维中分散良好,沿纤维轴向定向排列;SWNTs的添加,极大地提升了复合纳米纤维的电学性能,其阈值发生在纺丝液中SWNTs含量为0.8wt%时,电导率达到了1.19×10-6 S·cm-1,相比于纯PMIA纳米纤维,提升了9个数量级.Singlewalled carbon nanotube (SWNTs)/poly (m-phenylene isophthalamide) (PMIA) composite nanofibers with different SWNTs contents are prepared by electrospinning, and we test and analyse the morphology and electrical conductivity of composite nanofibers. The results show that the SWNTs/PMIA composite nanofibers have a good fiber-forming, continuity, and good distribution with the range of aver- age diameter from 90 nm to 220 nm. The surfaces of the SWNTs/PMIA composite nanofibers become rough compared with those of the virgin version and the aggregation occurs with increasing SWNTs con- centrations. The SWNTs are well dispersed in the composite nanofibers and well-aligned along the nanofi- bers with the less content of SWNTs. The electrical conductivity of composite nanofibers is generally im- proved with the addition of SWNTs. The electrical conductivity threshold occurs at the loading of 0.8wt% with the increase of 9 orders of magnitude compared with those of the virgin version, which is up to 1.19 × 10-6 S·cm-1.
