摘 要:为了研究碱处理对棕榈纤维性能的影响,对棕榈、竹原和洋麻纤维进行了不同浓度下的碱处理,研究了碱处理对纤维直径、质量损失和力学性能等方面的影响。结果表明:碱处理对棕榈纤维质量的影响较大,对竹原纤维和洋麻纤维的影响次之;经浓度分别为5%和17.5%的NaOH溶液碱处理后,棕榈纤维的断裂强度分别提高26.38%和12.59%,杨氏模量分别提高28.17%和26.92%。To study the effect of alkali treatment on the properties of palm fiber, alkali treatments with different alkali concentration are carried out on palm, bamboo and kenaf fibers, fiber diameter, weight loss and other aspects of the mechanical properties of treated fiber are studied. The results showed that alkali treatment has a greater impact on the weight of palm fiber, while the impact is much lower to bamboo fiber and kenaf fiber; after alkali treatment with 5% and 17.5% NaOH, the tensile strength of palm fiber increases by 26.38%, 12.59% and Young' s modulus increases by 28.17% and 26.92% resoectively.
