多层联合组织在色织面料中的创新设计

摘　　要：介绍了多层联合组织的设计,其是在表里换层、双层组织的基础上,局部采用三层组织形成的一种新型组织。选择三组经纱与三组纬纱,将不同层数的组织放在同一织物中,织物因厚度不同而呈现出三维立体效果,同时丰富了花型,增强了织物立体感。多层联合组织结构比一般多层组织复杂,局部可按要求填充材料,使织物局部具有浮凸感,视觉效果丰富,主题突出,亦可作为产业用纺织品。多层联合组织色织面料的创新点在于将双层组织、表里换层组织、三层组织等复杂组织组合应用于同一面料中,从而使面料呈现独特的外观效果。The multilayer combined weave is introduced, a new type weave formed by partial three-layer weave based on surface inner layer exchange weave and double weave. Three groups of warp yarn and three groups of weft yam are used, different layers of tile weave are put into the same fabric and three dimensional effect of the fabric can be obtained with enriched pattern and strengthened stereo feeling. The multilayer cumbined weave structure is more complicated than the ordinary multi-layer weave, and filling can be carried out according to the requirement to make the fabric partial convex feeling and outstanding theme. This fabric can also be used as technical textiles. Innovation point of the muhilayer combined weaves in yam-dyed fabric lies in that double weave, surface inner layer exchange weave and three-layer weave are applied in the same fabric to show unique appearance.
