摘　　要：在分析现有广角布生产设备和方法的基础上,设计了基于喷水引纬的广角布织机,重点设计了钢筘横动和卷取送经等关键机构。其中,钢筘横动机构采用螺杆和扇形齿盘,单侧驱动,将打纬机构的前后往复运动转化为左右运动,实现了在钢筘前后运动的同时左右横动;卷取送经机构则采用地轨、凹槽和固定装置,解决了经纱斜向布置排列的问题,且便于安装调整。Based on extensive analysis of current equipment and method about manufacturing of wide angel fabric, wide angel loom with water-jet insertion style is designed. The key mechanisms such as reed transverse driving mechanism, take-up and let-off mechanism are designed emphasisly. The reed transverse driving mechanism uses a screw and a sector gear wheel to make the longitudinal movement of beat-up mechanism change to transverse movement of reed, and the mechanism is fixed only in one side of the loom. The take-up and let-off mechanism uses ground rail, recess and fixing device to let warp plate on the loom in any angel, and easy to fix and adjust.
