摘　　要：现代犬儒主义蔓延成风是中国社会精神危机的主要症候,"中国梦"的提出对中国社会精神具有起搏器的功能,即以卓越而高尚的梦想文化扫荡现代犬儒主义的阴霾。具体表现为第一起搏:敢于有梦;第二起搏:勇于追梦;第三起搏:勤于圆梦。"中国梦"已经汇集起当代中国人的磅礴力量,行进在开创新的历史的大路上。The sprawling of modern cynicism is the main symptom of crisis in Chinese social spirit, while the ＂Chinese Dream＂ is like a pacemaker, which stimulates the Chinese social spirit sweeping away such a haze of modern cynicism with an excellent and noble dream culture. There are three steps： to dare to have the dream＂;＂ to have the courage to pursue the dream＂; ＂to be diligent in achieving the dream＂. The ＂Chi- nese Dream＂ has collected the majestic power of the contemporary Chinese, and marches on the way to create a new history.
