摘　　要：地方高校学报对高校的依附性导致了高校的综合性或专业性在某种程度上决定了地方高校学报的办刊模式,使得地方高校学报出现"千刊一面"的同质化现象。通过对目前地方高校学报运行模式现状分析,探索与实践办刊内容、形式和效益方面的专业特色化改革,创新办刊模式,进一步优化细分出版结构,走数字化、多元化、规模化适合自身发展的办刊之路,逐步实现体制改革提出的"专、特、大、强"的总体目标。Journals of local colleges and universities depend on their colleges and universities, which leads to the same running patterns that are decided by the comprehensive or professional characters of colleges and universities in some ways. Homogeneity of such journals with the same features has appeared. The re form of specialization in content, form and benefit, and innovation of running patterns should be carried out after the analysis of the current running patterns o zation and subdivision of the structure of publication, f journals digitizatio of local colleges and universities. Optimi- n, diversification and scale-development, and the global goal of ＂professionalization, specialization, enlargement, and strength＂ for the press system reformation should be carried out.
