灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗心脾两虚型不寐疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗心脾两虚型不寐的临床疗效。方法将90例心脾两虚型不寐患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组30例。A组采用灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴治疗,B组采用单纯灵龟八法针法治疗,C组采用单纯常规辨证取穴针刺治疗。观察3组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分变化情况,并比较3组临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率为96.7%,B组为86.7%,C组为83.3%,A组总有效率与B组和C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后及治疗后2星期PSQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗后及治疗后2星期PSQI评分与B组和C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后2星期PSQI评分与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灵龟八法针法配合辨证取穴是一种治疗心脾两虚型不寐的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ling Gui Ba Fa （the Eight Magic Turtle needling technique） combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation in treating insomnia due to heart-spleen deficiency.Method Ninety patients with insomnia due to heart-spleen deficiency were randomized into group A, group B, and group C, 30 cases in each group. Group A was intervened by Ling Gui Ba Fa needling combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation, group B was by Ling Gui Ba Fa needling alone, and group C was by ordinary needling combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） was adopted to evaluate the three groups before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were also compared.Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in group A, versus 86.7% in group C and 83.3% in group C, and the rate in group A was significantly different from that in both group B and C （P〈0.05）. In the three groups, the PSQI scores were markedly changed right after the intervention and 2 weeks after the intervention, compared with that before treatment （P〈0.05）. At the end of the treatment and 2 weeks after the treatment, the PSQI score in group A was significantly different from that in group B and C （P〈0.05）; the score in group B was significantly different from that in group C 2 weeks after the intervention （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ling Gui Ba Fa needling combined with points selection based on syndrome differentiation is an effective method in treating insomnia due to heart-spleen deficiency.
