针刺奇穴为主治疗中枢性顽固性呃逆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺奇穴为主治疗中枢性顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将74例中枢性顽固性呃逆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。治疗组采用针刺奇穴为主治疗,对照组采用肌肉注射盐酸甲氧氯普胺注射液及盐酸氯丙嗪注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后呃逆症状评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率和治愈率分别为94.6%和81.1%,对照组分别为62.2%和29.7%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗3 d、5 d后呃逆症状评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗3 d、5 d后呃逆症状评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺奇穴为主治疗能有效改善中枢性顽固性呃逆患者的呃逆症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at extraordinary acupoints in treating refractory central eructation.Method Seventy-four patients with refractory central eructation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 37 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened majorly by acupuncture at extraordinary acupoints, while the control group was by muscular injection of Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride Injection plus Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride Injection. The clinical efficacies and eructation symptom scores before and after treatment were compared.Result The total effective rate and recovery rate were respectively 94.6% and 81.1% in the treatment group, versus 62.2% and 29.7% in the control group, and the between-group differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After 3 d and 5 d treatments, the eructation symptoms scores were markedly changed compared to that before treatment in the two groups （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. The symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group after 3 d and 5 d treatments （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture at extraordinary acupoints can effectively improve the symptoms in refractory central eructation.
