隔药饼灸治疗脾胃气虚证老年功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔药饼灸治疗脾胃气虚证老年功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将60例脾胃气虚证老年功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用隔药饼灸治疗,对照组采用口服枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗。观察两组治疗前后中医症状评分、尼平消化不良症状指数(NDSI)评分及尼平消化不良生活质量指数(NDLQI)评分变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为76.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症状评分、NDSI评分和NDLQI评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后中医症状评分、NDSI评分和NDLQI评分差值与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔药饼灸是一种治疗脾胃气虚证老年功能性消化不良的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal cake moxibustion in treating senile functional dyspepsia with splenogastric qi deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with senile functional dyspepsia of splenogastric qi deficiency were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received herbal cake moxibustion and the control group, oral administration of mosapride citrate dispersible tablets. The TCM symptom score, the Nepean Dyspepsia Symptom Index （NDSI） score and the Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index （NDLQI） score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the TCM symptom score, the NDSI score and the NDLQI score in the two groups （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the TCM symptom score, the NDSI score and the NDLQI score between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Herbal cake moxibustion is an effective way to treat senile functional dyspepsia with splenogastric qi deficiency.
