腕踝针治疗无痛人流术后宫缩痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腕踝针治疗无痛人流术后宫缩痛的临床疗效。方法将90例无痛人流术后发生宫缩痛患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组30例。A组采用腕踝针治疗,B组采用间苯三酚注射液静脉滴注治疗,C组采用常规术后护理。观察3组治疗前后各时点宫缩痛VAS评分变化情况,并比较3组临床疗效。结果 A组和B组治疗后各时间点(5 min、15 min及30 min)VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组和B组治疗后各时间VAS评分与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组总有效率为93.3%,B组为90.0%,C组为16.7%。A组和B组总有效率与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腕踝针是一种治疗无痛人流术后宫缩痛的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture in treating uterine contraction-induced pain after painless abortion.Methods Ninety patients with uterine contraction-induced pain after painless abortion were randomly allocated to groups A, B and C, 30 cases each. Group A received wrist-ankle acupuncture; group B, an intravenous drip of phloroglucinol injection; group C, routine postoperative nursing. Uterine contraction-induced pain was scored using the VAS in the three groups at various time points before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the three groups. Results In groups A and B, there was a statistically significant differences in the VAS score at various time points （5, 15 and 30 min） after treatment compared with before （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference in the VAS score at various time points after treatment between group A or B and group C （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in group A, 90.0% in group B and 16.7% in group C. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between group A or B and group C （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture is an effective way to treat uterine contraction-induced pain after painless abortion.
