循经远取动针法配合郄穴治疗腰扭伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察循经远取动针法配合郄穴治疗腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法将60例腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用循经远取动针法配合郄穴治疗,对照组采用单纯循经远取动针法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后VAS评分和ROM评分,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分和ROM评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分和ROM评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论循经远取动针法配合郄穴是一种治疗腰扭伤的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of kinetic acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian plus Xi-Cleft point for lumbar sprain.Method Sixty lumbar sprain patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. The treatment group was intervened by kinetic acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian plus Xi-Cleft point, while the control group received kinetic acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian alone. The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） and the range of motion （ROM） were recorded in the two groups before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 86.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The VAS score and ROM were significantly changed after treatment in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in the VAS score and ROM between the two groups after treatment （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Kinetic acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian plus Xi-Cleft point is an effective method for lumbar sprain.
