摘　　要：为全面立体呈现青海省大学毕业生就业状况,本研究从地方和毕业生两个方面来梳理大学生就业数据。地方层面,获取了海南州2003年至2015年近13年,黄南州2004年至2014年近11年,公务员和事业单位工作人员招录的基本情况;毕业生层面,笔者从毕业生基本信息、就业意愿、就业行为、就业竞争力、就业指导服务等五个方面设计了调查问卷。通过对以上两个层面的调查数据整理与分析,研究提出毕业生要改变就业观念、掌握就业政策、提高就业竞争力,高校要重视就业服务、加强创业教育,以促进大学生顺利就业。To present the employment state of college graduates in Qinghai Province,The study collected employment data from two aspects：Employers and College graduates.For employers,1,to obtain the Hainan Prefecture in 2003 to 2015 nearly 13 years,Huangnan Prefecture between 2004 and 2014 nearly 11 years,the basic situation of civil servants and institutions of staff recruitment;For college graduates,The author design questionnaire based on the following five main headings：the basic information of graduates,employment intention,employment,employment competitiveness,employment guidance and services.Through the investigation of the above two levels,the research puts forward that the graduates should change their employment ideas,master employment policies,improve their employment competitiveness.
