摘  要:利用Siemens NX软件建立了发动机连杆的三维模型,并应用NX的高级仿真模块分析了不同工作状态及装配工艺对连杆结构强度和疲劳强度的影响。研究结果表明:最大压缩工况下的连杆应力值比最大拉伸工况高,归因于连杆受到燃气压力作用;确定了连杆工作的薄弱部位及易发生疲劳失效的部位,连杆小头更容易发生疲劳失效;基于NX的连杆建模及有限元分析,无需将建模数据导入其他有限元分析软件,避免了转化过程的数据丢失,该方法缩短了开发连杆周期,并能减少连杆测评实验的成本。In this paper, the three-dimensional model of engine connecting rod was established by using Siemens NX software. And the influence of different working states and assembly process on the structure strength and fatigue strength of connecting rod were analyzed by the advanced simulation module of NX. The results show that the stress value of the maximum compression condition of the connecting rod is higher than that of the maximum tension. That is attributed to the load of the gas pressure effecting on the connecting rod. It is determined that the weak parts of the connecting rod and the parts that are prone to fatigue failure. And the small head of the connecting rod is more prone to fatigue failure. Based on NX link modeling and finite element analysis, which does not need to import the modeling data into other finite element analysis software. It also avoids the loss of data during the conversion process. Using this method, it is not only shorten the cycle of the development of the connecting rod, but also reduced the cost of connecting rod test experiments.
