北方既有采暖居住建筑能效测评方法研究

摘　　要：针对我国北方既有采暖居住建筑节能改造项目的现状:改造后的建筑大多不配备计量监测系统,缺少运行参数、能源节约指标、环境效益指标、项目投资回报率等原始数据,分析既有采暖居住建筑节能改造的适宜性技术,提出构建既有采暖居住建筑节能改造能效监测系统,实现数据的采集、处理、存储、上传等功能并提出能效测评方法,从而得到原始数据、节能效益评估结果,推动既有采暖居住建筑节能改造的进展。For the energy conservation reconstruction projects for existing heating residential buildings in Northern China, most reconstructed buildings lack of measurement monitoring system, e.g., raw data of operating parameters, energy conservation indicators, environmental benefits, return on investment, etc. Based on these existing conditions, applicable technologies for energy conservation reconstruction of existing heating residential buildings are analyzed; establishment of an energy efficiency monitoring system for energy conservation reconstruction of existing heating residential buildings is proposed for realizing data collection, processing, storage, uploading and other functions; and energy efficiency evaluation methods are suggested for obtaining raw data and energy conservation efficiency evaluation results, so as to promote the energy conservation reconstruction of existing heating residential buildings.
