摘 要:瘢痕疙瘩是一种常见的损容性、难治性的疾病,其病因不明。目前,许多研究证实机械信号转导通路在瘢痕形成中发挥着重要作用。其中TGF-β/Smad通路是研究的热点且对瘢痕的形成有确切作用。本文旨在总结瘢痕相关TGF-β/Smad通路研究的最新进展,为进一步认识病理性瘢痕的发病机制提供依据。Keloid can be disfiguring functionally, aesthetically, or both, and its treatment remains a challenging clinical problem despite numerous proposed therapies reported. The exact pathogenesis of keloid is unknown. Currently, many studies have confirmed that mechanical signal transduction pathway plays an important role in scar formation. The TGF-β/Smad pathway is a research hotspot recently and its role in mechanoresponsiveness has been proven. This paper aims to summarize the latest research progress of TGF-β/Smad pathway and help clinical physicians understand the pathogenesis of keloid better.
