摘  要:双驱动是提高电动汽车整车性能的有效方式,提出了一种基于正交试验法的电动汽车双驱动动力参数匹配与优化方法。方法基于车辆性能需求对系统参数进行匹配计算,依据主要道路工况需求功率统计确定电机驱动功率匹配范围,制定双电机驱动与能量回馈策略;然后基于正交试验优化方法,以车辆综合性能最优为目标,对参数进行优化设计,通过对影响因素进行敏感度分析和极差分析获得最优方案。最后以双驱动电动中巴为实例进行仿真验证,结果表明:双驱动动力系统可较好地提升整车性能,可作为双驱动动力系统快速匹配优化设计方法。An effective matching and optimization method of powertrain parameters for dual-drive electric vehicle based on orthogonal test was put forward in order to promote the vehicle comprehensive performance. Firstly, calculated the powertrain parameters and made them satisfy the requirements of the vehicle comprehensive performance. Determined the range of the two motors and created a strategy for the operation and energy recovery of the two motors based on the statistics of the power needs of vehicle driving cycles. Secondly, created the optimization model of powertrain parameters based on orthogonal test and set the vehicle comprehensive peoCormanee as the target, then conducted the sensibility analysis and the range analysis of factors and got the optimal solution. In the end, took an electric bus for example, built the matching and optimization model. The simulation results showed that the vehicle comprehensive peoformance can be promoted, which proved the effectiveness of the method.
