摘  要:抽油杆柱是有杆抽油系统中最重要的设备之一,它是整个抽油机系统中上位机和下位机的动力传递设备,其性能好坏直接关系到抽油机的正常运转和油田的采油效率。由于抽油机经常处于恶劣的工作环境之下,因此抽油机的损坏率比较高,加之抽油杆柱的井下的工作环境比较复杂,抽油杆柱经常处于挤、压、拉、等复杂的受力状况,因此其损坏几率很高。首先为抽油杆柱的载荷模型选择合适的边界条件,并将该模型视为震动模型。通过matlab编程的方法,得出了不同参数下抽油杆柱震动位移随井下深度的变化图谱。从不同材料对抽油杆柱震动位移随深度变化的影响分析,可以为实际的生产与制造中抽油杆柱材料的选择提供理论依据和借鉴基础。从不同冲次对抽油杆柱震动位移的影响可以得出:在实际的生产中抽油机冲次的选择一般应为3-7次每个周期,过大或者过小都会影响抽油机的正常运行。总之仿真计算结果为抽油杆柱的改进和优化提供了一定的借鉴基础。The sucker rod is one of the most important devices of the sucker rod pumping system. This device transfers power from upper machine to lower machine in the whole pumping unit system The performance of the sucker rods directly related to the normal operation of the oil pumping units and the efficiency of the oil extraction. Owing to the atrocious working environment, the damage rate of the oil pumping units is relatively high. The damage rate of the sucker rods is also so. Because these devices often work in the complex environment and various stress state such as being squeezed, pressed and pulled. The appropriate boundary conditions are firstly chosen for the load model of sucker rod. And the model is considered as a vibration model. Based on Matlab programming, the variation patterns are obtained. The patterns describe the relationship between the vibration displacement of the sucker rod with different parameters and the depth of the undergrountt Firstly, from the analysis of the influence of different materials on the changes of the sucker rod's vibration displacement with depth, the theoretical basis and reference for the selection of the material of the sucker rods in the practical production and manufacture can be provided. And from the effect of different frequencies of stroke on the changes of the sucker rod's vibration displacement, the frequency of stroke should be 3-7 times per cycle in the actual production because a higher or lower frequency will cause pumping unit running abnormal. In conclusion, the simulation results provide a reference for the improvement and optimization of sucker rod.
