摘  要:以东方红大马力拖拉机液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)中的液压变速机构为研究对象,分析了液压变速机构传动误差的机理,推导出在一般情况下传动误差的计算式。通过运动仿真,验证液压变速机构传动误差计算式的正确性。分析了液压变速机构传动误差的影响因素,可知最主要的因素是斜盘倾角偏差。通过改变斜盘倾角偏差的大小,可得此变速器中轴向柱塞泵传动误差的变化规律。运用流体仿真法和计算法,分析此变速器中轴向柱塞泵传动误差对流量和功率的影响。以达到传动系统要求的容积效率为目的,通过优化分析,确定了斜盘倾角偏差的变化范围。为科学的设计液压伺服控制系统提供理论依据。Based on the hydraulic transmission system in hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission (HMCVT) of high house-power of Dongfanghong, the mechanism of transmission error of hydraulic transmission system is analysed. The formula of transmission error in general case is derived The correctness of the formula of transmission error in hydraulic transmission system is verified by using the method of motion simulatiom The influence factors of transmission error in hydraulic transmission system is analysed. The most important factor is the deviation of swashplate angle. The change rules of transmission error of axial plunger pump in this transmission are obtained by changing the deviation of swashplate angle. The influence of transmission error of axial plunger pump in this transmission to flow and power are analysed by using the method of flow simulation and calculation. The variation range of the deviation of swashplate angle is obtained in order to reach the volumetric efficiency in this transmission system by using the method of optimization and analysis. The scientific theoretical basis is provided for designing of hydraulic servo control system
