摘  要:在机测量是实现叶轮等复杂曲面零件高精度加工的重要保证。五轴数控加工复杂曲面零件运动过程中,由于热变形、振动、摩擦以及惯性等多种误差因素,会对加工制造精度有一定影响。因此,在加工完成后,复杂曲面的测量也是其制造过程中的一个重要环节。以复杂曲面五轴铣削加工与在机测量应用为背景,研究基于侧铣刀位进行在机测量路径规划的新方法。基于球族包络理论,建立起侧铣刀具路径与测量路径的关联性。算例仿真结果表明,该方法适用于任意直纹与非直纹曲面,具有较强的适用性和有效性。On-machine measurement is an important guarantee to realize high precision machining of complex curved surface parts such as impellers. However, the accuracy of five-axis NC machine tool is restricted by several kinds of error factors, such as thermal deformation, vibration, friction and inertia in the movement. Therefore, the measurement of complex surface is a key point in manufacturing process after machining. On the background of five o^is milling and on -machine measurement, studying a new method of the on-machine measurement path after flank milling Based on the theory of spherical envelope, establishing the relevance between the path of flank cutting tool and the path of the measurement. Simulation examples indicate that the proposed method can be applied to arbitrary ruled surfaces and non-ruled surfaces with applicability and validity.
