摘  要:强度计算与疲劳特性是评价柴油机连杆结构设计合理性的关键因素,CAE技术已经成为解决该问题的重要手段。采用软件Catia建立连杆装配体三维模型,在充分考虑连杆装配体各结构接触问题条件下,采用软件Hyper Mesh建立连杆计算模型;在充分考虑螺栓预紧力、惯性载荷、爆发载荷在连杆装配体施加问题条件下,采用有限元软件Abaqus仿真计算分析连杆结构变形、应力分布与强度状况;采用疲劳软件Femfat进行连杆结构安全系数计算,并结合理论安全系数分析验证连杆结构的设计可靠性。研究结果表明,基于CAE技术的强度评价及疲劳特性研究能够快速有效的实现连杆设计合理性分析,对于结构可靠性控制与未来设计开发具有一定的应用指导价值。Strength and fatigue characteristics are l^ey factors in evaluation of the connecting rod design rationality of diesel engine, and CAE technology has become the important means to solve this problem Three dimensional model of connecting rod assembly was constructed with the software Catia, and in full consideration of contact problem of connecting rod assembly, establish connecting rod calculation model with the software Hypermesh; In full consideration of incentive load applications of bolt preload, inertial force and cylinder pressure, the deformation, stress distribution and strength of connecting rod are obtained with the FEM software Abaqus; The safety coefficient of the connecting rod structure was calculated with the software Femfat, and verify the design reliability of connecting rod structure with the theoretical safety factor. The results showed that the connecting rod design rationality can be accomplished quickly and efficiently with the study of strength evaluation and fatigue characteristics based on CAE technology, and it has a certain application value for structural reliability control and future design development.
