轨道交通多平面螺旋式实践教学体系构建与实践

摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通的迅猛发展,对电气信息类高层次人才的需求也随之产生。轨道电气信息类学科已成为新的增长点和今后主要的发展方向之一,但在硕士生培养过程中,却存在着资源不足,缺乏成熟的该类人才培养序列等诸多问题。为此,提出了将学生创新能力的培养渗透于实践教学的各个环节中,形成新的多平面、螺旋式的实践教学体系。该体系中的每个平面包括"学习—校内实践—学习—校外实习—创新实践"五个核心要素,通过理论和实践的"两次循环"迭代和"虚实结合"递进式的分段实践,培养该类研究生的创新能力,并总结、优化、动态重构每个平面的培养内容,螺旋式地上升到更高层次的培养平面。以此引导实践教学体系向更有序的空间状态发展,以利于研究生的后续培养,提高实践教学质量。Chongqing Jiaotong University will position electrical information disciplines in rail transit as a new growth and one of main developing directions since the demand for high-level talents in the field has come to being with the rapid development of urban rail transit. But there are a lot of problems,such as insufficient resources,lack of a comprehensive training sequence,in the course of the cultivation of graduate students. To solving the above-mentioned problems,a method is proposed to penetrate the cultivation of students ＇ innovative ability in every practice teaching link,and form a new multidimensional and spiral practical teaching system. In this system,each dimension includes five core elements： learning- on-campus practice- learning- off-campus internship- innovation practice. Through the＂double cycles＂of the theory and practice and the ＂combination of virtuality and reality＂in the progressive segmented practice,colleges and universities are likely to complete the current graduate students innovation ability training. And in each dimension, by summarizing, optimizing and dynamically reconfiguring the cultivation content, the spiral enhancement of the cultivation level becomes possible. Therefore,this method can lead the practical teaching system into a more orderly developing state, and then facilitates the subsequent cultivation for graduate students and the improvement of the practical teaching quality.
