化学实验室安全检查指标的构建与探究

摘　　要：化学实验室是高校最危险的地方,现通过化学实验室危险因素分析,建立了由10个一级指标、23个二级指标和135个三级指标组织的安全检查指标体系,内容涵盖管理体系、规章制度、宣教培训、实验室环境与卫生、水电安全、消防与逃生、防护装备、仪器设备安全、化学品安全、含能材料安全等方面,并提出了量化考核办法。该安全检查指标体系和量化考核办法,适用于各高校对化学类学院和下属实验室开展的安全检查,尤其是承担军工科研项目的化学实验室,对排查安全隐患、对照标准整改、规范安全管理,可供参阅。Chemical laboratory is the most dangerous place in universities. In this paper,by risk factor analysis of chemical laboratory,the a safety check index system and the a method of quantitative assessment have been established,. The index system including includes 10 first-class indicators,23 second-class indicators and 135 third-class indicators,which and its content refer tocovers the management system, the regulation system, the safety education, the lab environment and hygiene, the water and power safety, the fire protection and escape, the protective device, the instruments and equipment safety,the chemical safety,the and energetic materials safety. These index system and assessment method can be used in safety check for chemical schools and laboratories,especially chemical laboratories who is undertaking military scientific research project. It is also vital significant to sweep hidden danger, rectify problems according to index system and standardize safety management.
