摘  要:采用Formastor-F型全自动相变仪测定了一种空冷贝氏体钢的静态CCT曲线,并研究了冷却速度对显微组织、硬度的影响。结果表明:当0.04℃/s≤冷速〈0.35℃/s,室温组织为贝氏体;当0.35℃/s≤冷速〈1℃/s时,室温组织为贝氏体/马氏体复相组织;当冷速≥1℃/s时,室温组织为马氏体;当冷速小于1℃/s时,硬度呈线性增长,当冷速在1~10℃/s时,硬度基本保持不变,大约为600 HV。In this paper,a kind of static CCT curve of high strength air-cooling bainite steel was measured by using Formast - F full automatic transformation instrument. And this paper also showed the research on Effect of cooling rate for the microstructure and hardness of the steel. The results showed that as the cooling rate great than or equal to 0.04℃/s less than 0.35℃/s,the microstructure at RT is bainite, as the cooling rate great than or equal to 0.35℃/s less than l℃/s , the microstructure at RT is bainite or martensite dual phase organization , and as the cooling rate great than or equal to 1 ℃/s, the microstructure at RT is martensite. Further more, when the cooling rate less than 1 ℃/s, the hardness will grow linearly. While the cooling rate between 1℃/s and 10℃/s, the hardness will be essentially unchanged approximately 600HV.
