摘　　要：轴流鼓风机是大型高速旋转设备,也是高炉系统机械设备中安装精度最高的设备。其结构复杂,设备各部件安装紧凑、间隙较小、精确度要求很高,吊装、调整难度非常大,吊装不好即会损坏设备。安装过程中通过采用合理的吊装和特殊的综合调整技术,保证了鼓风机的安装质量。Axial blower is the high -speed rotating equipment which has the highest installation precision in the mechanical equipment of blast furnace system. There are many reasons to cause the difficult in lifting and adjusting axial blower such as the complex structures, the compact installation between components ,the small gap of assemble component, and the high requirement in accuracy. Therefore, lifting poor will damage the device. The skills of logical hoisting and special comprehensive adjustment ensure the installation quality of axial blower.
