包钢抗震钢筋综合抗震性能的研究

摘  要:对包钢生产的HRB400E和HRB500E抗震螺纹钢筋钢筋进行了综合性能测试。结果发现该钢筋在强度与塑性的配合、应变时效敏感性、低温脆性、可焊性、高应变低周疲劳方面都比20Mn Si钢有不同程度的提高。结果表明,微合金化能同时提高Δεt和σa值,有利于材料在地震载荷下吸收较多能量,从而提高抗震性能。通过分析,指出了进一步提高钢筋综合抗震性能的方向。This paper made the synthetical performance test for anti - seismic thread rebar produced by Baotou Steel. The result showed that this rebar compared with the 20MnSi was improved at different degrees in aspects of strength and ductility cooperation, strain aging sensitivity, low temperature brittleness, weldability, and high strain low cycle fatigue . In addition, the result suggested that micro - alloying can also improve the value of Δεt and σa which was benefit for materi- al under earthquake load absorbing more energy, so as to improve the anti - seismic property. According to analysis, this paper points out the direction of further improvement of comprehensive anti - seismic property of rebar.
