摘  要:内蒙古京宁热电有限责任公司2台350MW超临界褐煤锅炉设计燃用神华胜利煤田煤种,燃料运输距离远,发电成本高。通过开展燃烧调整及劣质烟煤掺烧试验,证明2台锅炉机组可以大量掺烧(或纯烧)劣质烟煤,不但能够控制燃煤成本,降低厂用电率,解决水冷壁的结焦问题,同时还降低了NO_x等排放指标,提高了锅炉机组的运行安全性。In Inner Mongolia Jingning Thermal Power Co.,Ltd., two sets of 350 MW supercritical boilers were installed, designing coal was provided by Shenhua Shengli Coalfield, the transport distance was long and fuel cost was high. By carrying out the combustion adjustment and coal blending tests, proved that the 2 boilers could be blending (or pure burning) of inferior bituminous coal, not only could control the cost of coal, reduce the power consumption rate, solve the problem of water wall coking, while also reduce the emissions, improve the operation safety of boilers.
