摘　　要：针对蒙西电网居民阶梯电价正式实行后,日常使用的居民预付费智能卡表无法识别阶梯用电情况,导致卡和表计用电信息不一致的问题,对智能费控电能表进行了升级改造。通过新增智能阶梯抄表本,定期采集电量、上传数据,定期核算,使其具有阶梯计费功能,真正实现了智能控制。After residents tiered pricing for electricity formally implemented in west Inner Mongolia power grid, residents intelligent charge control energy meter in daily use can not identify the consumption of tiered electricity, resulting in the electricity information in card different from the meter. For this problem, the intelligent charge control energy meter was upgraded. Through electricity and uploading data, adding intelligent tiered meter reading, regular collecting accounting on a regular basis, so that it has the tiered billing function, realize intelligent control.
