摘  要:某发电厂640MW超临界机组采用三流环密封油系统,在运行初期发生3次发电机进油事件。经过解体检查和对相关参数的分析,确定进油是由于密封瓦定位销安装位置错误、密封瓦瓦座排氢节流孔直径偏小或堵塞以及真空侧油压调整止回阀卡涩等原因造成。通过对上述问题进行处理,彻底消除了故障隐患,保证了发电机的安全稳定运行。In some Power Plant's 640 MW supercritical unit generator adopts three-flow ring sealing oil system. Oil-leakage problems occurred three times during initial operation period. After related parameters analysis and dismantlement inspection on the unit, reasons of oil-leakage were found: sealing oil dowel pins were wrong equipped, diameters of hydrogen generation throttle orifice of the backing of sealing oil pad were relatively small or blocked, oil pressure adjustment check valve of vacuum side jammed and so on. Through handling the above problems, the hidden troubles were eliminated, ensured the safe and stable operation of the generator.
