摘 要:根据莲/粘纤维的特点,合理选择纺纱工艺流程,配置各工序的工艺参数,保证半制品和成纱质量。结果表明:开清棉工序增强混合效果,利用合理的打击,采用自调匀整仪,可改善棉卷的均匀度;梳棉工序采用轻定量、低速度、紧隔距,减少绕花,可改善生条均匀度,减少棉结;粗纱工序采用大隔距,小捻系数,缩小前后排粗纱伸长率差异,可降低细纱重量不匀率;细纱工序在合理配置牵伸工艺的基础上,使用新型的胶辊、胶圈,正确选配钢领、钢丝圈,最终保证了成纱质量。According to the characteristics of lotus/viscose fiber, spinning process was selected reasonably and process parameters were configured in order to ensure the quality of semi-finished products and yarn. Results showed that opening and cleaning processes enhanced the mixing effect, rational blow could improve lap evenness with autoleveler; in the process of carding, light weight, low speed, tight gauge and little lapups could improve card sliver evenness and reduce elongation percentage difference neps ; in the process of roving, loose gauge, small twist factor and reduced roving between back and forth row could reduce the yam weight unevenness; on the basis of rational allocation of drafting process, the spinning process used new model cots and aprons, correctly selected rings and travelers and finally ensured the yam quality.
