摘 要:为评价新贝奥(雷公藤甲素)在三亚农田灭鼠中的杀灭和抗生育效果,分别在坡田洋和妙林洋开展秋防和春防试验。秋防区防后第11、41和70天从防治前鼠密度大发生(28.57%)分别降至2.86%、3.81%和6.80%;春防区防后第19和47天从防前鼠密度大发生降至轻发生,校正灭效99.48%~99.88%。睾丸下降率和怀孕率明显下降,药剂安全性好,推荐在本地区农田大面积推广应用。Triptolide derived from Tripterygium wilfordii was applied in fall and spring in Potianyang and Miaolinyang, Sanya to control rats to evaluate its effect on killing and antifertility of rats in the farmland in Sanya. In fall the rat density was decreased from 28.57% prior to the triptolide treatment to 2.86%, 3.81 and 6.80% at 11 d, 41 d and 70 d after triptolide treatment, respectively, and in spring the rat density was lower at 19 d and 47 d after treatment with a correction killing effect of 99.48%-99.88%. The testicular descent rate and pregnancy rate were significantly decreased, and triptolide was safe in application and is hence recommended for large scale extension in the farmland in Sanya, Hainan, China.
