摘  要:目的:考察不同提取工艺制备的蛋黄油对小鼠浅II度烫伤的治疗作用。方法:将240只SPF级ICR雌性小鼠按体重随机分为模型组、空白组、超临界CO_2萃取蛋黄油组、乙醇提取蛋黄油组、超临界CO_2+乙醇提取蛋黄油组和干馏蛋黄油组各40只,采用热砝码复制小鼠浅II度烫伤模型,连续治疗15天,每隔5天测定创面积,计算创面愈合率,实验结束后测定各组动物血清TGF-β1、IL-6水平。结果:与模型组比较,第5天所有受试组动物创面愈合率均显著提高(P<0.01),第10天样品3、4组创面愈合率明显提高(P<0.05),第15天样品1组仍明显提高创面愈合率作用(P<0.05);与模型组比较,样品2组第5天TGF-β1水平显著下降(P<0.01);第15天时,与模型组比较,样品1组TGF-β1水平显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,给药第5天,样品2、3组实验动物IL-6水平明显下降(P<0.05);第10天时,各受试药物IL-6水平明显下降(P<0.05);第15天时,各受试物组IL-6水平呈下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:不同提取工艺所得蛋黄油均对小鼠浅Ⅱ度烫伤模型具有一定的治疗作用。Objective:To investigate the preparation of different processing methods of egg yolk oil for shallow II mouse burns treatment. Methods: 240 SPF grade female ICR mice were randomly divided into six groups: model group, the control group, yolk oil supercritical extraction group, ethanol extract of egg yolk oil group, supercritieal + ethanol extract group and the yolk oil distil- lation group. Copy the shallow thermal weights burns Ⅱ mouse model of continuous treatment 15d, measuring the wound area every 5 days, to calculate the rate of wound healing, end of the experiment measured the levels of serum TGF-β1, IL-6. Results:Compared with the model group, the first five days all animals tested healing rate increased significantly (P〈0.01), the first 10 days 3, 4 sample group significantly increased the rate of wound healing (P〈0.05), 15th day 1 sample group has significantly increased the rate of wound healing effects (P〈0.05) ; compared with the model group, sample 2 group 5 days TGF-β1 levels decreased significantly (P〈0.01) ; the first 15 days, with the model group ratio, sample 1 group of TGF-β1 levels were significantly lower (P〈 0.05) ; compared with the model group, the administration of the first five days, a sample group of experimental animals 2,3 IL-6 levels were significantly decreased (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) ; the first 10 days of each test drug IL-6 levels were significantly decreased (P〈0.05) ; the first 15 days of each test substance group IL-6 levels decreased, but there was no statistically significant difference (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Eggs and butter are from different extraction technology of shallow Ⅱ degree scald in mice model has a certain therapeutic effect.
