摘  要:为了对比传统建筑和结构自保温建筑的能耗,本文结合既有建筑主体和外墙均采用陶粒混凝土的三层样板房,并依据样板房模型设计仅改变主体材料或外墙材料两种方案,利用建筑能耗模拟软件De ST-h,模拟计算出三种方案的建筑能耗。结果表明,结构主体采用陶粒混凝土比普通混凝土节约能耗19%,现浇陶粒泡沫混凝土墙体比加气混凝土砌块墙体节约能耗21%。In order to get difference of energy consumption between the traditional architectural and structural self insulation building, in the paper three layer model of the housing, which includes not only main building and the external walls of ceramsite concrete, is used, and two schemes of main materials change and wall materials change are done according to the model of the housing model design . Building energy simulation software DeST-h is used to simulate energy consumption and to calculate the energy consumption of the schemes. The results show that the structure of the main body of the concrete is more economical than ordinary concrete, and difference of energy consumption is 19%. the concrete wall of the cast in place is more economical than the aerated concrete block wall, and difference of energy consumption is 21%.
