摘  要:提出了一种单相两级光伏并网结构,前级用DC-DC电路,后级用DC-AC电路.在DC-DC变换电路中,通过Boost电路控制太阳能光伏阵列输出电压,采用固定电压法让系统始终工作在最大功率点附近.仿真结果显示,此方法能够使光伏阵列的输出功率保持最大值.在DC-AC逆变电路中,采用电流滞环瞬时比较方法对逆变器进行控制,从而实现并网目的.仿真结果表明,该方案能够使输出电压与电网电压保持同相同频同幅,实现并网逆变功能.In this paper, a single phase two stage grid connected structure is proposed, which uses DC-DC circuit for the first stage and DC-AC circuit for the second stage. In the DC-DC transform circuit, the output voltage of the solar photovoltaic array is controlled by the Boost circuit, and the system is always working at the maximum power point by using the fixed voltage method. Simulation results show that this method can track the maximum output power of PV array. In the DC-AC inverter circuit, the current hysteresis instantaneous comparison method is adopted to control the inverter. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can keep the output voltage and grid voltage in phase with the same frequency, and the grid connected inverter is re- alized.
