摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像研究法、数据统计法对中国男排与澳大利亚男排、加拿大男排在非技战术方面进行对比分析,找出中国男排与世界强队的差距,从而为以后的比赛做好准备。结果显示:1)中国男排队员的年龄分布不合理,老队员过多;2)中国队拦网方面比较好,这和中国男排的身材高大有一定关系;3)而在心理承受能力方面较差,主要体现在关键分的把握上。Using the literature material methods, video research method, data statistics method to compare the Chinese men＇s volleyball team with the Australian and the Canada men＇s Volleyball on non-technical and tactical analysis. In order to find out the disparity between the Chinese men＇s volleyball team and world top teams, and get better prepared for competition in the future. The results showed that： 1） the members＇ age distribution is not reasonable in Chinese team. there are many old players. 2） Good block is chinese team＇s advantage relates to members＇ huge height. 3） However, their psychological ability is poor and it mainly reflected in the grasp of the key points.
