摘　　要：在互联网发展的新纪元,迅猛发展的社交媒体产生了海量的用户数据。这些数据成分反映了用户的行为活动、思想以及情绪。因而网络社交媒体中丰富在线数据为针对用户行为研究提供了前所未有的机会。由于情绪是理解以及预测用户行为的一个至关重要的因素,故在已有的研究中,针对用户情绪的研究是一个重要的方向。但是,因中文短文本具有碎片化、不规则化的特征,网络社交媒体中短文本的情绪研究十分困难。基于此,针对中文短文本提出有效、可靠的方法来区分积极、消极以及矛盾情绪具有重要意义。通过研究发现,微博用户常表达矛盾情绪,并且通过发布矛盾情绪微博来平衡其整体情绪。同样关于话题偏好的讨论,微博用户倾向于参与娱乐性质的话题从而平衡情绪。矛盾情绪表达的研究分析,可以为网络用户行为预测和网络空间治理提供参考依据。With the development of the Internet, the booming social networks produce massive information which is named user generated content （UGC）.These data reflect the user behaviors, thinking and emotion fully. Therefore, the information offered by social networks provides a golden opportunity to study the user behaviors. Since the emotion is an important factor to study and predict the user behaviors, it is a hot field in existing studies. But the research of the emotion is very difficult for Chinese short text, because the Chinese short text has the features of fragmentation and irregular. Based on this, it is significant to provide an effective and credible method to distinguish among the positive emotion, negative emotion and ambivalent emotion. According to the research, users in Weibo often express the ambivalent emotion and regulate emption through release the weibo with ambivalent emotion. Besides, users in Weibo prefer to joining the sports and entertainment topic to equilibrate emotion. Ambivalent emotion expression analysis offersthe reference basis foruser＇ s behavioral predictionand the social network governance.
