摘 要:从19世纪末20世纪初开始陆续出现管理咨询相关概念和设立相关公司至今,管理咨询学科领域已经发展了一个多世纪。它基于管理学理论基础不断发展,并且在大数据的时代背景下开始逐步成熟,能够帮助企业实行知识化大变革。本文运用成熟的文献计量分析软件对Web of Science上与管理咨询相关的文献进行了计量分析,梳理了理论发展推演进程,并对未来趋势进行展望。管理咨询理论发展正处于回归宏观概念深化阶段,新概念的兴起为其不断注入新鲜的血液,并在不断促使咨询行为改善的同时推动企业知识化变革的进展。From the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century, the relevant concepts of man- agement consulting and related companies slowly appeared and established. Till today, the field of manage- ment consulting has developed more than a century. Management consulting, which based on the research and development of management theory, began to deepen in the background of big data and play an impor- tant role in helping enterprises to implement knowledge reforming. With using a combination of sophisticated quantitative analysis software, this paper analyzes the relevant literature on the management consulting from Web of Science, carding the theoretical development of the process of theory, and looks far ahead into the future. To sum up, the development of management consulting theory is in the stage of the deepening macro concept. The rise of new concept continuously injects fresh blood to this filed, and continuously improves the consulting behavior while pushing the progress Of enterprises knowledge reforming.
