摘 要:杂多酸催化剂同时具有酸性和氧化性,用于轻质燃料油的氧化脱硫具有很好的效果。以十二胺为模板剂,磷钨酸为活性组分,介孔分子筛HMS为载体,分别采用浸渍法和一步合成法制备了负载型HPW/HMS催化剂。对催化剂进行了FT-IR和SEM分析表征,考察了催化剂制备条件和反应条件对其脱硫活性的影响。结果表明:采用一步合成法制备的HPW/HMS催化剂,其脱硫效率高于浸渍法制备的催化剂;与焙烧法相比,通过溶剂萃洗去除一步合成法制备过程中的模板剂,得到的催化剂脱硫率更高;HPW/HMS催化剂仍然保持磷钨酸的Keggin结构,能有效催化氧化二苯并噻吩(DBT);在反应温度50℃,反应时间60 min,催化剂质量0.02 g,H2O2体积0.1 m L的条件下,DBT脱除率达到96.5%。Heteropolyacid catalyst shows excellent effects on oxidation desulfurization of light fuel oil due to its performance of acidity and oxidability. Using dodecylamine as templating agent, phosphotungstic acid (HPW) as active component, and mesoporous molecular sieve (HMS) as supporter, the HPW/HMS supported catalyst is prepared respectively by impregnation and one-step synthesis method. The catalysts are characterized by FT-IR and SEM, and the effects of preparation conditions and oxidation desulfurization conditions on the desulfurization activity are investigated. The results show that the desulphurization efficiency of the catalyst prepared by one-step synthesis is higher than that of the catalyst prepared by impregnation. The method of solvent extraction is superior to calcinations in removal of templating agent in one-step synthesis, because the desulfurization rate of the catalyst prepared by the former method is higher. The Keggin structure of HPWs on HPW/HMS is perfectly kept after HPW incorporation. The oxidation of dibcnzothiophene (DBT) is catalyzed by HPW/HMS. The removal rate of DBT can be reached 96. 5% when oxidation is carried out by addition of catalyst amount of 0.02 g and 0. 1 mL H20z at temperature of 50 ℃ and reaction with 60 min.
