摘 要:以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)在航空、军事、民用等领域有广泛应用,但在石化行业的应用存在较多的问题。以RCM理论在石化行业的应用为背景,研究RCM的具体实施过程,总结了RCM的实施流程图和实施应注意的问题。针对设备零部件维修周期的确定,采用威布尔分布方法确定零部件的维修周期,建立维修周期调整策略。并以某气阀的维修周期为例,确定其分布类型和分布参数,建立其周期概率分布密度曲线,为该气阀的可靠性分析和维修策略制定提供了统计学依据。最后综合所有故障模式建立整个装置的维修策略,形成动态维修策略包,为RCM理论在炼化装置中的应用打下基础。The reliability centered maintenance (RCM) has wide application in aviation, military, civil and other fields, but it still has a lot of problems when it is used in petrochemical industry. With the background of RCM applications in the petrochemical industry, RCM implementation process is studied, and the flow chart and the problems of implementation are summarized, which can be used to implement RCM theory in petrochemical enterprises. Aiming at the method to determine the maintenance period of equipment parts and components, the Weibull distribution method is used and the strategy of adjusting the maintenance period is established. Taking a maintenance period of a valve as example, the distribution type and distribution parameters are calculated and probability density distribution curve is built, which provides a statistical basis for the reliability analysis of the valve maintenance' period. Finally, the maintenance strategy of the entire apparatus is established considering maintenance strategy of all the failure modes. The'dynamic maintenance policy package is formed, which lays the foundation for application of RCM theory in the refining device.
