摘 要:环境规制通过"抵消效应"与"补偿效应"对技术进步,进而对我国出口技术复杂度产生两方面影响。鉴于此,文章从区域异质性角度出发,引入环境规制变量的二次项、交叉项来考察环境规制与出口技术复杂度之间的非线性关系。研究发现,环境规制强度的增加整体上有利于我国出口技术复杂度提升。分区域来看,随着环境规制强度的增加,东部和西部出口技术复杂度出现先降后升的"U"型关系,西部地区则呈简单的线性关系。控制变量中开放度、在校大学生人数比例对出口技术复杂度的影响都显著为正,而R&D支出比例、基础设施以及FDI对出口品国内技术复杂的影响各不相同,并存在明显的地区差异。Through the"offset effect"and "compensation effect",environmental regulations have positive and negative effects on the technological progress of enterprises,and further affect the technical sophistication of China's exports.From the perspective of regional heterogeneity,we use the squares and cross terms of environmental regulation variables to investigate the nonlinear relationship between the environmental regulation and the technical sophistication of the export products.We found that the increase of the intensity of environmental regulation is in favor of improving the technical sophistication of export products in China.From a regional point of view,with the increase of the intensity of environmental regulation,the sophistication of the technical sophistication of the eastern and western export products is"U"type,and the western region is linear relationship.The influence of the degree of openness and the proportion of the number of college students on the sophistication of the export is significant.However,the RD ratio,infrastructure and FDI have different effects on the sophistication of export goods.
