摘  要:研究了一定强度的UVC辐射对小麦、玉米和油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:UVC照射玉米5~6 h/d、油菜1 h/d可促进种子萌芽;UVC照射时间〉8 h/d则抑制小麦种子萌芽,照射时间〉6 h/d则抑制玉米种子萌芽,照射时间〉4 h/d则抑制油菜种子萌芽;经UVC照射处理后,3种农作物幼苗不同程度地出现生长缓慢、植株矮化、抽叶率降低、茎生长背地、根茎脆弱、根萎蔫变黄等现象。The influences of a certain intensity of UVC radiation on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat,maize and rape were researched. The results showed that the germination rate of maize and rape could be promoted when their seeds were exposed to UVC radiation for 5 ~ 6 h/d and 1 h/d,respectively. While the seed germination of wheat,maize and rape could be inhibited by UVC radiation for over 8 h/d,over 6 h/d,and over 4 h/d,respectively. After the seeds of 3 kinds of crops were radiated by UVC,their seedlings grew slowly with the dwarfed plants,low leaf development rate,negative geotropism of stem growth,weak root and stem,and wilted and yellow root.
