农村家庭养老社会支持系统探究——以苏北XS县为例

摘　　要：以江苏省苏北XS县的XN村为例,对该地区农村家庭养老现状进行了调查,发现存在政府职责缺失、农村社区社会资源缺乏、社会组织在农村发展缓慢等问题。通过借鉴韩国、日本、新加坡、巴西等国家的经验,从政府、社区、社会组织等方面,正式支持与非正式支持2个层面提出了完善农村家庭养老社会支持系统的对策与建议。Taking the XN village of XS county in northern Jiangsu province as a case,the author investigated the status of rural family support for the aged in this area,and found some problems,such as deficient government＇s responsibility,insufficient social resources in rural communities,and slow development of social organizations in rural area. By drawing on the experience of Korea,Japan,Singapore,Brazil and other countries,from the formal support and informal support aspects of the government,community and social organization,we put forward several countermeasures and suggestions for improving the social support system of rural family support for the aged.
